This is a pre-launch website. The only thing we ask for is a few details so you can join the early-access list. Here, in plain terms, is what we do with them.
Who processes your data
Pierre Flourens (a French brand, company being incorporated) is the data controller. For any question about your data: contact@pierreflourens.com.
What we collect, and why
When you join the early-access list, we collect your first name, last name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We use them to: send you your confirmation and the exercise guide, let you know when we launch, and gauge interest in the project. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick when you sign up), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you unsubscribe, and at the latest 3 years after our last contact with you.
Who receives your data
We rely on technical service providers, acting on our behalf:
- Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc., United States): list management and email sending.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States): website hosting.
These providers may process data outside the European Union and the United Kingdom; such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK addendum). We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies
This concept page keeps things simple: it sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary for the page and the sign-up form to work. If we later add audience measurement or advertising, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. Write to contact@pierreflourens.com. You can also unsubscribe in one click from any of our emails. Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the CNIL in France, cnil.fr, or the ICO in the United Kingdom, ico.org.uk).
This policy may be expanded when the shop launches (orders, delivery, customer account), once those activities actually exist.
